4. Test method for medical examination gloves:
(1) According to GB7543-96, heavy and light gloves will be inflated one by one, and the rubber membrane will be checked manually when it is about doubled. The wrist opening can be stretched out with the hand (the fingers are generally not spread out). If a defect is found, it can be partially expanded twice for inspection.
(2) Flatten the product and measure the length (total length from the middle of the fingertip to the vertical direction of the wrist) and width (1/2 of the circumference of the palm at the base of the thumb) of the glove with a millimeter scale.
(3) Measure the thickness with a rubber thickness gauge with a scale of 0.01 mm, and then calculate the thickness of the single layer. Measure the arithmetic average of three points: finger (approximately 10 mm from the top of the middle finger), palm (near the center) and wrist (approximately 25 mm from the side), but the thickness of the thin part should not be less than 1/2 of the thickness of the thick part.
